I originally posted this question a little while back on the Collectibles Board but I am wondering if it is possible to get additional information. I received the following answer "Looks like some sort of credential. Maybe for access to a movie set or screening." The card is approximately 3 15/16 inches by 5 11/16 inches by about 1 mm thick and made of a slightly flexible plastic. It almost seems like it might be an invitation of some sort based on the information on the back. There is a place for a name and designation "B.B/H.P". Under this it says "Designed by Orange Story" with an item # and TM
