If you are wanting to cut the cost of heating your house, mobile home or shop this year with a corn, pellet or wood fired heating device be warned! Do not wait till the last second to make a decision as to what to purchase, everyone else is going to do the same thing again this year. Last year customers waited till the week or weekend they wanted to purchase a heating device only to find out that heaters of all kinds were backordered. If your wanting to reduceup to 70% or even more of your heating bill spent on electricity, fuel oil or propane; don't wait till October to buy. You will be one the sad souls on a waiting list doing just that, "waiting".

Remember your square footage, available heat source ( wood, pellets, corn) , and payback time frame all play into the equation of providing you with a warm house that doesn't break the bank! Do some figuring, talk to neighbors, co-workers and yes relatives they can help you figure out what is best for you. One thing many people forgetto include in this is the physical health of the person in charge of keeping the fire. It does take time to keep a supply of your heat source available.
Most economists agree that energy prices are going to stay at what we all consider "high prices" for quite some time so remember , the sooner you get started saving money on heating the sooner you are keeping money in your pocket.
