How to get FREE STUFF on s! Seller Beware!

This is a warning for sellers on okay, specifically regarding the "seller protection" offered form okay/paypal.
It has gee to my attention, due to a buyer saying a package didnt arrive, that if a seller wants to be covered under the "seller protection" offered by okay/paypal, the seller needs to have tracking on their packages. Apparently it doesnt matter if you are shipping an item that costs $2.00 or $250.00 (the limit Paypal used to use as the minimum amount that would require tracking for seller coverage) That's correct, you must pay the extra $.90 for tracking if you are sending someone a $.35 postcard. "Well, sir, I never received the "fat lady on the beach" postcard I purchased from you...I demand you refund my $.35" O.K., I know that is a bit of an exaggeration, but I am just trying to prove a point. There used to be a reasonable price point that required the use of tracking (personally I think that $250.00 was too high, and that $25 - $50 would be a better level to start requiring tracking), but it seems that the economy has taken its toll on even okay/Paypal. I am leaving this Guide unfinished for now, as I have an open dispute against me currently (for an item I shipped not arriving), and I want to let everyone know how it gets resolved. I have read all the info on Paypal regarding this matter, so I have a pretty good idea how it will end up, but check back soon for the results....
UPDATE:
Just as I had expected, okay decided to give the buyer a full refund (including shipping), EVEN THOUGH I HAD THE RECEIPT FROM THE POST OFFICE SHOWING I SHIPPED THE ITEM TO THE BUYERS ZIPCODE! Sellers beware, if you dont use tracking on EVERYTHING you ship, no matter the cost, the buyer can file a claim saying that the item never arrived, and okay will TAKE the money from you and give it back to the buyer.
What exactly does this mean?
If you are without morals and you purchase an item on okay, if it gets shipped to you WITHOUT tracking information, you can say that it never arrived and you WILL GET A REFUND! There are countless sellers on okay that will never think about adding tracking to their packages, so if you "never get it" then the refund gees out of the sellers pocket.
I am not posting this info to give crooked people good ideas, I am posting this info to HOPEFULLY get enough sellers mad that okay will change their policy regarding how refunds are given out. IF you are an okay seller, use your head, raise your price on shipping at least $1 to cover the cost of tracking. okay makes A LARGE AMOUNT OF $$$ off the fees they charge sellers, and then okay tells sellers to lower their prices on shipping/handling...In this economy, every dollar counts, and I for one will not stand for okay's ridiculous rules. They have made ENOUGH $$$ off of me...
If you appreciate this info, please vote after reading...The more "helpful" votes this gets, the more visible the info gets... Thanks for reading.
