My daughter has loved dragons for as long as I can remember(she's 27). She loves Dragon jewelry, clothes, or statues After awhile it gets difficult to find something new and differnet, that she does not already have.
So being the wonderful mom that I am. I have begee an avid dragon shopper to always try to find the most perfect gifts for hollidays. okay has helped me in my quest-alot. Although I have learned alot in a very short time making purchases thru okay.
Two things gee to minds. First BUYER BEWARE, and second things are not always as pictured, and satisfaction guarenteed or your money back does not including being reimbursed for shipping and handling fees only for the amount paid for the purchase, sometimes money back guarentee can really mean an instore credit!
I have recently purchased several dragons from china. A few of them are quite unique and very beautiful, other are described as rare, old, exquisite-becareful some of it is mass produced junk...I also learned that porcelin can be used to describe cheep glass. Resin and polyresin is a nice term to describe plastic.Old can be used to describe one day,one month, one year ect....
Old is in the eye of the beholder. I heard my grand-daughter telling one of her friends, my grandma is old and is going to die soon, when she dies I havc to move into her house and take care of her dogs. I don't know if I can drive her car to walmart to get dog food cause I'm 7(years old). My Mom might have to take me.( Oh by the way I'm 45 and very healthy).
Some willtry to e-rob you thru shipping and handling fees-while you bid almost nothing on the actual purchase. I urge great caution here winning a bid can be costly. I made a $2.00 bid on a wooded dragon mask and later found out the shipping fees were 89.50. I did report a site to okay that I considered to be charging excessive shipping after the seller told me that part of the purchase price was included in the shipping fees-only to be told by okay that this was an acceptable practice. I did not find this acceptable so I did not bid on the item.
I have fortenately found some very honsest and good sellers on okay, after hours of searching. I prefer to deal with upfront honest people, like myself. The others well they can keep their dragons and other items I just not interested. Happy shopping to all of you and may all of your buys be happy ones.
