Ziamond Jewelry Review

Just a heads up to all those interested in buying from Ziamond the Jewelry people online. I had bought a ring I LOVED until it had a workmanship issue that popped out a stone and craked the band. I sent it back for repair and they honored my request... which I was delighted. But in the back of my mind I kept wondering why it had the issue in the first place since they said the band (shank) was from a mold. The band actually looked like it had been soldered rather than from a mold.

Well I put those negative thoughts behind me and continued to wear my ring... until it got caught on something and bent slightly. The spot that had been soldered along with the other side opposite to it had also begun to crack. So I sent it back again.

This time Ziamond said they would TRY to make a reapir rather than replace the faulty band. I was not pleased with this option since I felt the band had originally had a fault that was never properly corrected.

The other option they suggested was to buy a whole new ring (which may also be faulty). So I opted for the repair of close to $100 and the fact that they would now NEVER service the ring again since it was no longer considered under warranty.

I will let you know the results when I get it back again... I don't think I could ever recgemend anyone buy from Ziamond without being aware that they do NOT truly stand behind their products with the warranty.
