VESA Mounting Interface Standard Guide

VESA Mounting Interface Standardgepatible Monitor?
The VESA FDMI Standard defines mounting interfaces, hole patterns and associated cable/power supply locations for LCD monitors, plasma displays and other flat panel devices. Ergotron Flat Panel Mounting Solutions are designed to fit this standard to make monitor attachment quick and easy.
Oftentimes a monitor's hole pattern is revealed by removing its base (refer to your monitor's manual for details).
Standard Interfaces
VESA MIS-D, 100/75, C gepliant monitors are equipped with either a 100 x 100 mm, that is about 4 inches or 75 x 75 mm, that is about 3 inches mounting hole pattern. Note: This is the most gemon interface.
VESA MIS-E, C gepliant monitors are equipped with a 200 x 100 mm mounting hole pattern. Larger LCD monitors may use this interface.
VESA MIS-F, C gepliant monitors have varied hole patterns that are spaced in 200 mm increments (e.g., 400 x 200 mm and 600 x 400 mm are examples of VESA MIS-F gepliant configurations). Larger plasma displays could follow this standard. Custom Adapter Interface BracketIf your monitor does not include a VESA FDMI Standard mounting hole pattern, a separately-ordered custom adapter interface bracket may be available. Contact the monitor manufacturer to see if they have this option available.
VESA FDMI Standard stands for Video Electronics Standards Association Flat Display Mounting Interface Standard.
